Filipino Catholic Community at Our Lady of the Valley (FCC/OLV)

Picture
The Filipino Catholic Community  at Our Lady of the Valley (FCC/OLV) which was started in 1998 by Fr. David Sanfilippo and the late Monsignor Ed Villacorte has been truly blessed by God all these years. Currently being led by our Pastor,  Fr. Edward J. Kaminski, CSC and with spiritual guidance through our Filipino priests and deacons, we all have a very good reason to celebrate with our hands raised up to God every Sunday through the celebration of the Holy Eucharist.

For the past 12 years, Filipinos and Filipino-Americans in Metropolitan Phoenix as well as those visiting Arizona have participated in and celebrated the “Filipino Mass” offered every Sunday at 5:00 PM.  These weekly masses have realized the vision of Msgr. Villacorte and the late Dr. Rey Vito of uniting the Filipino community in faith, prayer and song in the Filipino language, beginning at St. Augustine Parish and presently at Our Lady of the Valley Parish.
